How to Return
In case your item is not the right size or you have received a faulty item, you can return it back to us. Our policy lasts 7 days of receipt for all orders. If that time period have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return
1) Send us email on store@teaani.com.au to request return/exchange and we will provide a return authorisation and mailing information/shipping address to send product back.
2) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/store credit. If you are approved, then your refund/store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours.
3) We recommend customers to send parcel via a trackable courier service such as Australia Post, FedeX, DHL or purchase shipping insurance for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
4) We are sorry, but shipping fees is non-refundable (except if customer receive faulty item). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@teaani.com.au.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@teaani.com.au
Change of mind return is not available
We do not accept the return of items under the change of mind returns policy in any circumstances.
